Delivery and pricing

• Post delivery is included in the displayed product price.
• Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so applicable import duties and taxes are included and customers should not be charged additional import fees on delivery.

• Post transit time after dispatch: 10–20 business days.

Returns and refunds

Customers must contact us within 14 days after receiving the product to request a return and refund. The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. THANKS KAI pays the return cost for a defective or incorrectly delivered product. Full conditions are available in our Refund Policy.
