General Information We ship worldwide from Slovenia. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Shipping Rates

  • We offer free standard shipping to all 26 EU member states, regardless of order value.

  • For orders shipped outside the EU, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Estimated Delivery Times All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Customs, Duties and Taxes THANKS KAI is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely by country — please check with your local customs office for more information.


Delays and Lost Packages We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies). If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at kai@thankskai.shop within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at kai@thankskai.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your case and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
